WORKOUT of Day (WOD)
Our CrossFit WOD Class is an all inclusive fitness class; great for the elite athletes, stay at home moms and everyone in between. These small group class workouts incorporate constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity. The CrossFit WOD Class focuses on the Workout of the Day (WOD), which is posted on both our website and WODIFY software system daily. The WODs are scaled and modified to the individual athlete’s ability level and performed at the highest intensity that the athlete can sustain with proper form and technique. We begin our WOD class with a warm-up that includes dynamic stretching and mobility work, followed with strength/skill work and then the day’s WOD. Careful thought and consideration goes into each day’s programming so athletes of all ages and abilities can progress to and beyond their fitness goals.
