PRIVATE TRAINING

CrossFit Giant has a very talented and experienced team of Coaches who are available for private training sessions. Coaches can be booked for any type of training you may desire. This includes 1-on-1 versions of our Trial Class or any of our CrossFit On-Ramp Classes, as well as individual customized workout sessions. Private sessions can also be booked to work on skills and technique. Nutrition, mobility, and programming consultation are also options for private training sessions. Whatever your needs and preferences are, our Coaches are available to help you every step of the way.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)

At CrossFit Giant, we've created an inclusive team atmosphere that makes training more fun and helps push each member to reach their full potential. These daily classes are led by one of our coaches and follow the posted workout of the day. Each class includes lots of instruction and hands on attention to ensure everyone is moving well and getting the most out of every class

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

The snatch and clean & jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to your strength training. Mastery of these lifts takes time and precision, and the movements need to be broken down and built up with good focus. The hour long Olympic Weightlifting class at CrossFit Giant teaches correct weightlifting technique, strength work and drills to improve on these lifts, resulting in increased muscle strength and power. In this smaller, more intense group session, coaches give individual attention and support to the athlete to really help them develop these lifts. 


BURN

BURN is our energizing, signature strength and conditioning class: a high intensity, full-body workout, based on proven weight-loss techniques, that makes you fit and stronger. Perfect for any level of fitness with guidance from our distinguished coaches. 

Whether we are climbing stairs, lifting small children, carrying groceries, excelling at yoga, training for a triathlon or mud race, or playing on a new basketball league, our bodies benefit from strength and conditioning. Keep your bodies strong and sharp, just like your mind!  The attention given to our Burn athletes stands out in the industry, and we intend to keep it that way.

 

 


OPEN GYM MEMBERSHIP

CrossFit Group Class members have been enjoying our Open Gym sessions as part of their membership for years, and now we're offering a membership option and extended hours just for athletes who would like to use our facilities and equipment to do their own programming and training independent of group classes. We have tons of top notch equipment and space to satisfy even the most seasoned lifter. Our facility and gym culture are like no where else and we encourage interested folks to check it out!
