We offer month to month memberships with NO commitment required and there is NO registration fee upon joining.
CROSSFIT – Foundations (for beginners)
Before joining our group WOD classes, new members must complete our FOUNDATIONS program. These sessions will introduce the beginner to the foundational movements of CrossFit, preparing for a safe transition into the group WOD classes.
- $199 – 4 Weeks , Meets 3x/week. Monday, Wednesday at 8pm Friday at 7pm with optional classes offered Saturday and Sunday at 10am
- $300 – 4 Private Sessions* (by appointment)
*Private sessions must be completed within 1 month. Upon completion of all 4 sessions, members can attend WOD classes for the remainder of the month at no extra charge. Joining the CrossFit WOD class is dependent upon client’s understanding of and ability to perform foundational movements.
CROSSFIT – WOD
Unlimited WOD Classes- Get access to any of our classes including our specialty programs and open gym at both of our facilities.
- 1 Year Paid in Full – $2200
3 WOD Classes/Week- choose any 3 WOD classes each week at both of our facilities.
- 1 Year Paid in Full – $2000
