  • This Saturday, June 11th we have members doing a Competition, Come out and show some love.    Where: CrossFit By the Sea, 1 Field Street, Avon-By-The-Sea, NJ                                   : 

  • Friday June 17, Come get a drink with your coaches and fellow athletes at Pier 115. Sign up sheet is at both gyms.
  • Saturday June 18, Come golf at the Edgewater driving range. We will meet there at 5pm. Whether your a Pro or a novice , Lets Swing Baby.
