One individual working at a time will complete rope climbs with followed by max effort thrusters for the remaining of the minute.

Tagging in one of your partners during rope climb or thursters is allowed.

One individual working at a time will complete 30 Deadlifts, followed by an individual from your team completing 30 bar facing burpees, followed by a team sprint of 100m holding the KB (one person at a time must hold while running.)

The KB must be held by a teammate above the waist at all times in order for either the deadlift or burpee reps to count.

Tagging in one of your partners during deadlift or burpees is allowed.
