3 x 5 reps +5-10lbs from last exposure

B)Press

3 x 5 reps +2.5-5lbs from last exposure

 

 

Performance – 20 min

A)Back Squat

1, 1, 1, 1, 1 reps – build up

B)Press

5 x 5 reps – increase from last exposure

 

WOD

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 x Push-up

20 x wallballs(20/14)

30 x Double Under
