In teams of 2 complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

20 x Chest to Bar Pull-ups

30 x Deadlift(135/95)

**Every minute perform 5 burpees

*Split reps evenly

Partner Chase 

Partner 1 starts with the double unders while partner 2 rests then when partner 1 begins toes 2 bar partner 2 starts double unders. You cannot lap your partner.

16 minutes AMRAP

30 double unders / 60 singles

15 toes to bar/knees to elbows/v-ups

20 wall balls

 

Rest 2 minutes

 Partner 1 starts with the Run while partner 2 rests then when partner 1 begins KBS partner 2 starts the Run. You cannot lap your partner.

200m run
