  • New 4 week Olympic Barbell program starts today. We will post the week of programming up every Sunday so you can keep up with the programming on your own during OPEN GYM hours. Their may be times when the program has something in it that we will be doing the same day or next day. Don't do both days. For example their are back squats today in Barbell Club and tomorrow in the WOD program. Choose one day to do the squats and the other day you can take as a rest day or do mobility work while the others squat.
