In partners complete:

500m Row – While one person Rows, the other holds the Barbell at the top of the Deadlift. They both need to Row 500m.

300 Situps – While one person performs Situps, the other person Hangs on the Pullup Bar. Switch as needed between partners. The reps are distributed between them.

200 Double Unders – While one person performs Double Unders, the other person Holds a Plate Overhead. Switch as needed. The reps are distributed between them.

100 Burpees – While one person performs Burpees, the other person Holds a Plank. Switch as needed. The reps are distributed between them.

* The Deadlift should be heavy. Scale as needed.

* Scale all other movements as needed.
